I had the tonkotsu shio ramen with ajitama, and honestly, it was one of the better bowls I’ve had in Europe. The broth was light but still packed with flavor—just the right balance, not too rich or heavy. The pork was a standout: super soft, tender, and cooked just right. I usually skip the charshu, but this time I polished it off without hesitation. The egg was spot on too—perfectly done. My partner had the miso vegetarian ramen, the broth had a lovely miso, nutty flavour, it was so good, she finished every drop. The noodles were done perfectly. Service wasn’t the best though. They forgot the water my partner ordered, even though every other table seemed to get their drinks. But to be fair, the staff were clearly swamped—only two of them running around non-stop. Update: we went back the next day because it was so good. This time, I had the shoyu version and Oh M Gee, so good. Bursting with flavour as well and wishing I could have this every other week. Haha. Service was so much better today. Thank you for an unforgettable meal.

I was just in Osaka and Sapporo back in January. And the ramen at this restaurant reminds me of the ramen I had during my trip. The staff are Japanese I believe based on the conversation I heard between the staff. I had the tonkotsu shoyu ramen con Ajitama (pork belly). The eggs were cooked perfectly, soft-boiled as it should be. The noodle texture is similar to Ichiran (a famous Japanese ramen chain in Japan). The pork belly was slightly charred which was perfect. I’m glad to have found an authentic ramen place in Madrid. It’s recommended that you reserve a table unless you get there when it opens.

Just went there with a friend. Incredible Tonkotsu Shio ramen, reminded me of my times back in 福岡. Very reasonable prices too. Would absolutely go back. Just the people are a bit loud and you have to shout a bit to talk with your friends. Overall very nice experience!!

Impressed with this restaurant, run by Japanese people. We shared the takoyaki, octopus street dumplings with Japanese mayonnaise, and the homemade pork gyozas, the best I've ever had. The tonkutso shoyu ramen was very tasty, as were the chasu don and yakitori don, rice with egg and pork, and grilled chicken and egg the second. Everything was delicious, freshly made and beautifully presented. The staff are super friendly and quick. The place is small so maybe it's better to go in advance!

one of the best ramen places we’ve tried in Madrid…. delicious at every bite and the starters are insane!

BEST ramen in Madrid. Soooo flavourful, very authentic! Would eat here everyday if I could.

One of the best Ramen Shops in Madrid. Amazing chasu, broth and noodles.

The best ramen in Madrid! We tried 3 variants - one each of shio, shoyu, and miso (the kotsu special) and a couple of starters. Everything was perfect!
